Meet The Facilitator

Scott Schinderle

Scott moved to Pittsburgh after graduating from Notre Dame in 2013 to take part in the Pittsburgh Fellows program, and he quickly fell in love with the city. After the Fellows program, he stayed in Pittsburgh to complete his master’s degree in theology from Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge. He and his wife, Alex, live in Lawrenceville and share a calling to build redemptive businesses and equip others to achieve their full potential. He has 5 years of experience managing operations and business development for small companies and is currently the general manager for a sheet metal fabricator called The Ductworks, Inc. Scott also has a long history leading Christian small groups and developing discipleship programs. When he’s not working, he loves reading, coaching baseball, rock climbing, and spending time with family.

More About the Group:

Scott is launching a Mastermind Group in the Lawrenceville neighborhood for men in leadership roles in the marketplace. He is looking for strong male leaders from different spheres of society who are juggling family, leadership, spiritual and professional development; and who could benefit from community and accountability with other Christian men in search of the same. The goal of this group is twofold:

1. Create a safe space to ask questions, learn from each other, and share experiences as you garner advice and expertise from other men in the group. This group will become an uplifting peer advisory group where each member is fully known and fully challenged.

2. Create personal and/or professional goals as well as accountability to achieve those goals. We are not talking about just the typical workplace goals – but goals for YOU, your personal pursuits, and God given purpose.- Meetings are structured around expressed struggles in “Hot Seat” format, updates on top goals, personal wins and topical discussions including:

· How to lead with magnanimity and humility
· Work/life balance
· Rest/sabbath
· Priorities and delegation
· Healthy roles as a husband and leader
· How to live your values
· Workplace ministry
· Emotional/spiritual health

Greg Furer

"Being in a Mastermind Group has helped me become a better husband, father, and leader. I became a facilitator to serve others and help change their lives.

Little did I know that my life would be the one that was changed by the men in my group.

In addition to developing leadership skills from facilitating you will learn from the members you serve."
