L3 Leadership exists to build and develop a community of leaders that grow to their maximum potential, develop the courage to pursue their dreams, and become great leaders in their families, communities, cities, nations, and their world.
OUR CORE VALUES
We connect, develop, and add value to leaders who will multiply and add value to other leaders.
We never do life or leadership alone, but in community.
We believe that character development is the most important development.
We grow to our maximum potential regardless of the cost.
We live life intentionally.
WHAT WE DO
We are obsessed with helping you grow to your maximum potential and to maximize the impact of your leadership. Therefore, each month we deliver 4 new episodes of the L3 Leadership podcast that will help you grow and develop as a leader.
Mastermind groups are groups of 6-12 leaders that meet twice a month to help each other grow and develop. We believe that every leader needs to be in a Mastermind Group.
Take your life and leadership to the next level with L3 Coaching. We believe that to grow to your maximum potential, you need a coach in your corner, which is why we offer one-on-one and group coaching for leaders.
Our annual gathering that helps leaders grow their leadership, their network, and their future. Learn more here.
